Kyra is seeking an experienced Freelance Campaign Manager to support a Beauty client. You will own campaigns from brief to delivery, lead creator discovery, outreach and contracting, and manage timelines and budgets.

This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can hit the ground running, and is confident delivering great campaigns with minimal direction.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, talent management or campaign management.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end to end.
• Experience working with Beauty or Fragrance brands, ideally with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of US beauty trends, creator culture and audiences.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach and reporting.
• Confident creator negotiation and contracting skills, including usage rights.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing campaign budgets and performance.
• Experience working in an agency, fast-growing business or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and get up to speed quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns, from planning through to reporting.
• Lead creator discovery, casting, outreach, negotiation and contracting.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and performance.
• Keep clients informed of progress, results and any changes.
• Work closely with your Campaign Lead, with strategic client conversations supported by a Director.
• Collaborate with our Client Solutions, Strategy and wider campaign teams.
