Kyra is seeking an experienced Freelance Campaign Manager to support one Beauty client. You will own campaigns from brief through delivery, manage discovery, outreach, negotiations and reporting, and collaborate with strategy and campaign teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management or campaign management.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end to end.
• Experience with Beauty or Fragrance brands, ideally enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of US beauty trends, creator culture and audiences.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach and reporting.
• Confident creator negotiation and contracting skills, including usage rights.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing campaign budgets and performance.
• Experience working in an agency, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and get up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns from planning through to reporting.
• Lead creator discovery, casting, outreach, negotiation and contracting.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and performance.
• Keep clients informed of progress, results and any changes.
• Collaborate with Campaign Lead, with director-supported strategic client conversations.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions, Strategy and wider campaign teams.
• Deliver against CPV, CPM, reach and engagement targets.
• Track performance and adjust budgets or creator selections to stay on target.
• Negotiate competitive creator rates while maintaining strong relationships.
• Identify scope changes and agree costs upfront.
• Build culturally relevant casting lists and searches.
• Translate briefs into targeted creator searches.
• Develop clear creator briefs to minimise revisions.
• Review content to meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Manage campaigns using platforms end-to-end, from discovery to reporting.
• Deliver high-volume creator outreach with personalised communication.
• Use AI to improve research, outreach and briefing with judgment.
• Understand TikTok, Instagram and YouTube analytics and use data to improve results.
• Manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Keep clients and internal teams informed without needing to be chased.
• Flag risks early and propose solutions.
• Communicate performance clearly and honestly, even when results are behind target.
• Stay calm and commercially minded when challenges arise.
