Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Trust and Safety Analyst to support intake, triage, investigation, and resolution of fraud-related escalations across its payments ecosystem. The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, data-driven insights, and documentation for timely remediation; you will work with multiple operational teams to address account takeover, payment misuse, onboarding misses, and other fraud patterns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fraud investigations, trust and safety, fraud operations, payments risk, financial crimes, incident response, or related risk analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience investigating fraud escalations, account activity, or payment-related risk in payments, fintech, banking, SaaS, or marketplace environments.
• Mandatory SQL experience, with the ability to query data, investigate activity, validate root cause, and support escalation resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, triage, investigation, and resolution of fraud-related escalations from customers, partners, banks, internal teams, and leadership.
• Investigate urgent, sensitive, or non-standard fraud matters including account takeover, business email compromise, tenant payment fraud, and onboarding misses.
• Identify whether an escalation requires containment, remediation, compliance review, or formal incident response.
• Document data reviewed, root cause, customer impact, actions taken, open risks, and ownership handoffs.
