Qualifications

• Requires independent root-cause analysis and quantitative problem solving on large datasets.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and insights.
• Ability to combine and prepare data to support analytical and operational insights; use of pivot tables and macros.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor Fraud Operations, Fraud Customer Contact, Fraud Strategy and Data Projects.
• Design and validate analytics-driven fraud controls aligning with risk thresholds and regulatory requirements.
• Create charts, dashboards, and visual summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point and manage conflicting priorities with Ad-Hoc reporting.
