New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp is seeking a Fraud Analyst II to help protect our customers, data, and assets. In this remote New Hampshire–based role, you’ll investigate suspicious activity, spot emerging fraud trends, and partner across the organization to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant fraud, investigation, risk, or data analysis experience in a regulated environment.
• A bachelor’s degree, ABA Certificate in Fraud Prevention or a related credential, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity
• Identify fraud trends and recommend prevention strategies
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve cases and reduce risk
