Job summary

TengoInternet is seeking a Local Fractional Marketing Manager to drive execution across prospect and customer lifecycle. This standalone role focuses on nurturing leads, strengthening customer relationships, supporting expansion and referrals, and ensuring our brand stays top‑of‑mind at trade shows and online.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success, translate lifecycle needs into automated workflows, and manage content for emails, blogs, and social channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B marketing as a hands-on generalist, supporting a relationship-driven sales team.
• Strong writing chops for emails, CEO voice, and blog posts.
• Working fluency in HubSpot (email, lists, forms, basic workflows, reporting).
• Real event/trade show operations experience with deadlines, vendors, shipping, and travel logistics.
• The fractional mindset: self-managing, deadline-driven, flexible around event season.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft faster without autopilot writing.
• Bonus: outdoor hospitality / campground / RV industry familiarity; WordPress; Canva/Adobe; Google Ads; SEO/AEO.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing marketing cadence for active prospects, customers, and strategic accounts.
• Ensure trade-show leads and opportunities enter nurture programs to prevent loss of view.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on expansion campaigns and portfolio growth.
• Build recurring customer communications for retention, referrals, and upsells.
• Translate lifecycle needs into automated workflows with HubSpot (collaborate with HubSpot specialist).
• Write and schedule promotional emails and blogs; manage content across channels.
• Keep social media and WordPress site updated; coordinate event presence and follow-ups.
