Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/firmware/embedded systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with real hardware and verification.
• Ownership of production hardware-connected software lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Apply software/firmware expertise to complex hardware systems.
• Review embedded firmware, FPGA/RTL, flight software and test frameworks.
• Analyze real-time performance, memory, and hardware interfaces.
• Assess robustness, fault handling, and system integration.
• Develop rigorous test criteria, reference implementations, and docs.
• Provide feedback grounded in hardware constraints and deployment.
