Job summary

Goodturn Tire & Auto is seeking a Director of FP&A and Treasury to lead the corporate FP&A function, own liquidity management, and deliver board-ready reporting. This fully remote role collaborates with the CFO, CEO, and executive team, leveraging automation and AI to scale planning and performance analytics.

You will build budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models, partner with cross-functional leaders, and drive processes toward a single source of truth while enabling strategic decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA/CMA is a plus.
• Approximately 10 years of progressive finance experience including FP&A or treasury responsibilities.
• Experience in a private equity-backed portfolio company reporting to lenders and board.
• Hands-on experience building and managing a 13-week cash flow forecast and lender reporting.
• Advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint skills; ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Flexibility with ERP/BI/planning tools; ability to build solutions where tools are limited.
• Demonstrated use of AI and automation to reduce manual work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with CEO, Board, sponsors, and lenders.
• Ability to work independently and analyze problems with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning for corporate functions.
• Partner with HR, IT, Marketing, Operations to set budgets, track spending, and hold teams to plan.
• Analyze results to explain variances, identify trends, and highlight risks to improve performance.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for pricing, openings, and M&A or integration activity.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support capital allocation and investments.
• Own monthly management reporting package and board materials with KPI commentary.
• Consolidate data across multiple systems to maintain a single source of truth for reporting.
• Oversee 13-week cash flow forecast and liquidity communication to CFO and leadership.
