Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Remote Healthcare Senior FP&A Finance Manager for Texas Oncology Infusion Services. This role partners with senior leadership to drive analytics, forecasting, and KPI development for infusion operations across sites in Texas.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FP&A within healthcare or multi-site settings, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for regional and enterprise leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in FP&A leadership in multi-site or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Infusion P&L analytics: forecasting, budgeting, LRP inputs, variance analysis.
• Build dashboards and decision-support tools across sites/regions.
• Define and maintain Infusion KPIs; monitor performance and trends.
• Model ROI and sensitivity for new programs, pricing, and contracts.
• Translate analytics into concise, executive-ready recommendations.
