Job summary

Montera Infrastructure, a remote-first data center developer, is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to build and lead the forward-looking FP&A function as the company scales. Reporting to the CFO, you will own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, project cash flow analyses, and executive reporting, partnering with Development, Delivery, Procurement, People, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, development or project finance
• Experience in data center development, construction economics, or similar capital-intensive environments
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to build and maintain comprehensive models
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Development, Delivery, Procurement, Accounting)
• Proven ability to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with ERP systems and building dashboards/reports for executives

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process with templates, timelines, and leadership reporting
• Own and maintain the corporate financial model (OPEX, G&A, headcount, capex) and rolling forecasts
• Develop project cash flow forecasts and evaluate budgets with Development and Delivery teams
• Collaborate with Procurement on financial terms, lead times, and working capital considerations
• Build dashboards and executive reporting, translate data into actionable insights
• Establish scalable FP&A processes and improve financial data accuracy
