Job summary

Montera is a remote-first company accelerating the development of hyperscale data centers. We seek a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a fast‑growing platform.

You’ll partner with Development, Delivery, Procurement, People, Accounting, and leadership to deliver forecasts, dashboards, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role offers a base salary range of $150,000–$180,000 plus an annual performance bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 6–10 years experience in financial planning and analysis, development or project finance.
• Experience with data center development economics and capital planning.
• Strong financial modeling and reporting skills.
• Ability to partner with internal functions and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, planning templates, consolidation, and leadership reporting.
• Own and maintain corporate financial model covering Opex, G&A, headcount, and forecasts.
• Develop rolling headcount models linking hiring to budgets and cash flow.
• Build project cash flow forecasts and assess budgets, contingencies, and variances.
• Create dashboards and executive reporting for CFO and leadership.
