Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead financial modeling and reporting for ABA therapy services. This remote role supports multi‑site operators and healthcare investors, delivering monthly analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and board materials.

You will build detailed models, track revenue per client, payer mix, clinician utilization, and margin profiles, while coordinating with leadership to drive data‑driven budgeting in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field required; advanced degrees preferred
Exposure to healthcare services, behavioral health, or provider-based business models preferred
Familiarity with valuation methodologies used in healthcare services transactions preferred
Experience with Business Central, Cosmos Reporting, Power BI, and Central Reach platforms preferred

Responsabilités

Build and maintain detailed financial models for ABA therapy businesses and related operations
Create and maintain internal operating forecasts, annual budget and non-financial models
Monthly lender reporting and ad hoc financial scenario requests
Develop labor, operating expenses, and revenue models for budgeting and forecasting
Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows with ABA-specific drivers
Support clinic, executive management and board reporting and monthly updates
