Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our multi‑entity SaaS gifting platform. You’ll own planning, forecasting, and the performance narrative, and lead the reporting and analytics that finance relies on to scale the business.

You’ll build automated dashboards, manage data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and DealHub, and translate numbers into actionable insight for executives. 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/SQL, ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related analytical role.
• Advanced financial modeling and strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on data skills: SQL and BI tools, across multiple source systems.
• ERP experience, preferably NetSuite; CRM/CPQ data (Salesforce, DealHub) is a plus.
• Experience with automation and AI tools to improve finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze across the organization, building a consolidated operating model.
• Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling cash and P&L forecasts.
• Run variance analysis with clear commentary on drivers and margins.
• Develop unit economics by revenue stream and provide board reporting.
• Own the Reachdesk Performance Dashboard and the data layer for reporting.
• Define data integrity checks and build self-service dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation across forecasting, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Translate insights into executive-ready storytelling for leadership.
