Job summary

Talanto seeks a strategic Head of Corporate FP&A to partner with the CFO and executive team in building a world-class function. You will own the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across brands, driving insights for senior leaders and investors.

You will lead a high-performing FP&A team, develop scalable processes, and influence pricing strategies while shaping the company’s financial narrative and performance management in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, or Business Admin; MBA preferred.
• 8-12+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, including leadership.
• Strong executive presence with proven success influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, forecasting and PowerPoint with storytelling.
• Experience with subscription-based SaaS, DaaS, information services, technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide financial planning processes including budget, long-range plan, and monthly forecasts.
• Own brand-level sales forecasting and labor modeling using macro data and trends.
• Oversee consolidated P&L reporting and KPI dashboards for boards and execs.
• Monitor SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, retention, churn, margins) across brands.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and HR to align budgets with priorities.
• Provide actionable variance analysis and drive margin improvement.
