CITGO Petroleum Corporation is seeking an experienced FP&A Lead Manager to drive planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis across business units in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor analysts, develop robust financial models, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership including CEO, COO, and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• 8 years job related experience
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and EPM/FP&A platforms (Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service)
• Ability to translate operational drivers into financial impact and vice versa
• Industry-specific knowledge: crack spreads, crude differentials, commodity price risk
• ETRM software experience preferred
• Background in a quantitative discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Accounting and financial processes knowledge
• Experience with dashboards or model delivery (Power BI)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with business areas to provide financial impact analysis and modeling
• Lead annual budgeting and develop financial forecasts
• Track performance against plan and prepare periodic reports
• Develop management reports for executive leadership
• Create dashboards and analytics to drive decision-making
• Mentor analysts and lead cross-training
• Oversee financial model development and documentation
