Job summary

RTX is seeking an FP&A Inventory Analyst to support inventory financial management for the RVS product area. This remote US role reports to the FP&A team and collaborates with Accounting and cross-functional managers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of financial experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Responsibilities include monitoring balances, liquidation, and ad hoc FP&A tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree optional.
• Experience planning and managing daily tasks and financial data.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial activities related to RVS inventory accounts.
• Coordinate with Accounting and managers to ensure inventory compliance.
• Apply accounting principles to inventory financial management.
• Manage inventory accounts, monitor balances, and prepare business cases for purchases.
• Support FP&A team on ad hoc assignments.
