Job summary

Taulia is seeking a motivated FP&A Intern to gain exposure across FP&A functions. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with remote work but must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Start date is September 14, 2026, for a 3-month duration, with compensation at $25.00 USD per hour.

This position includes access to training, mentoring, and coaching from our Senior Manager of FP&A. Ideal candidates are current Business, Finance, or Accounting students who bring initiative,

Qualifications

• Current Business, Finance, or Accounting student.
• Positive attitude with initiative, self-motivation and drive.
• Flexibility to work on different projects.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Reliable team player and numbers-focused.
• Passionate about numbers and detail oriented.
• Nice to have familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Access and download financial data; pursue automation for repeatable outputs.
• Budgeting: monthly spending and headcount reconciliation, actuals reporting, variance analysis.
• Forecasting: trend analysis and financial projections.
• Financial reporting: prepare standardized and customized reports for Taulia management.
• Track performance data and summarize for various audiences.
• Handle other ad hoc finance and accounting projects as needed.
