CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Analyst for the Medicaid Finance Team. This fully remote role in the US focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and SG&A analysis, translating data into clear visuals for leaders across Health Plans and Shared Services.

Ideal candidates show initiative, precision, and strong collaboration skills to drive timely, accurate insights. The role supports day-to-day SG&A deliverables, creates financial models, and presents monthly results, with a base pay range and benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ year of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or another ERP Platform.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of SG&A Expenses.
• Provides transparency on FTE and Vendor spend, and savings initiatives.
• Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
• Includes measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Escalates financial issues to management.
• Supports with day-to-day SG&A deliverables and ad-hoc requests
• Documents processes with detailed procedures.
• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
