Job summary

Wealthroute is seeking a Founding Senior Business Development Manager to build and scale a high-growth wealth-advisor lead-generation business in the United States. You will own the end‑to‑end business development lifecycle, identify RIAs and wealth management firms, and drive partnerships from outreach to activation.

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or a related commercial function.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective RIA firms, wealth management organizations, and other financial services partners across the United States.
• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contracting and partner activation.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and guide prospects toward mutually beneficial agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms with internal leadership and drive opportunities toward activation and launch.
• Coordinate handoffs to account management, operations, and other teams after activation.
• Develop and refine a scalable business development playbook for targeting, outreach, and pitching.
