Qualifications

• Series 65 required or ability to pass within 90 days of employment.
• AWMA and AAMS designations within 12 months of employment.
• Desire to pursue CFP designation after the first year of employment.
• Strong knowledge across investments, economics, accounting, and financial planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory teams across prospecting, discovery, presentation, and onboarding.
• Prepare customized sales materials and client-ready briefs for meetings.
• Track documents and ensure complete information for prospects.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up, maintaining Salesforce records.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and cross-team collaboration.
