Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in foster home recruitment.
• Experience as a foster parent or in child welfare is preferred.
• Experience speaking to large groups is required.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Completion of all employment eligibility and agency hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MDHHS and community partners to implement county recruitment needs.
• Present information on foster home licensing at community events and meetings.
• Coordinate or provide recruitment services under contract requirements.
• Maintain contact information in the county recruitment tracking system.
• Promote a positive work environment and adhere to agency policies.
• All other duties as assigned under the contract terms.
