Job summary

Domino is seeking a Customer Engineer for strategic public sector accounts in Maryland. You will onboard customers, learn their data and tools, and take ownership of engagements. You will deploy production-grade ML solutions across the MLOps lifecycle, and advise data science teams on best practices.

You will lead with technical depth and strong stakeholder communication, crafting reusable playbooks and templates. This role requires on-site work and travel to client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ML workflows in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Bash and cloud architectures.
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and shadow customer environments to learn data, tooling stack and objectives.
• Own engagements end-to-end, deploy production-grade ML solutions, and monitor them.
• Create reusable playbooks and deployment guides for faster delivery.
