Job summary

Unit21, INC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live, integrating client data into our platform and designing detection strategies. You will configure Case Management, deploy AI agents, and partner with clients through post-go-live tuning and support.

The role requires translating complex data and compliance requirements into robust technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on REST APIs, ETL pipelines, SQL, and scripting in Python

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing complex SaaS or data platforms for financial services is required.
• Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to work with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations end-to-end across data integration, detection rules, and case management.
• Design real-time and batch data integrations using APIs and ETL workflows.
• Tune fraud and AML detection rules and workflows and deploy AI agents.
• Configure case management, SAR/CTR filing, and watchlist/sanctions screening.
• Own post-implementation success through tuning, issue resolution, and enablement.
• Develop reusable tooling and templates to improve customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements.
