Qualifications

• Must be a licensed P.E. in your state of residence.
• 5-10 years of experience designing/working with mechanical systems is required.
• At least 5 years of forensic engineering experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to perform physical requirements, including working in confined spaces.
• Ability to provide customer service to clients is a must.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate failures in mechanical systems.
• Assess damage to HVAC, MEP, BMS, and BAS.
• Write effective reports on investigations.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed.

Skills

Licensed P.E. in state of residence
