Job summary

Padgett Law Group in New Jersey is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney to join our elite creditors' rights team. You will draft and review documents for second-level review, organize case files, and coordinate with paralegals and assistants to manage case logistics.

Shadow senior or supervising attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales; participate in weekly state meetings; collaborate with the state team; and actively engage with Supervising Attorney in weekly one-on-one

Qualifications

J.D. degree required and license to practice in New Jersey.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by Supervising Attorney.
Organize case files, track deadlines, coordinate with paralegals and assistants.
Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales.
Assist in preparation for appearances and court events.
Collaborate with state team members on case strategy and logistics.
Participate in weekly state meetings and engage in weekly one-on-one with Supervising Attorney.
