Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Florida Foreclosure practice. This full-time remote role handles residential and commercial foreclosure, creditor’s rights, and related litigation, with opportunities for growth within a national firm.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D., be in good standing with The Florida Bar, and possess foreclosure or civil-litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and a client-service orientation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• Foreclosure, creditor’s rights, or related civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle foreclosure and related litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft and review complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case analyses.
• Attend hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Manage discovery and respond to litigation-related requests.
• Develop case strategies and provide recommendations regarding progression and resolution of matters.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, strategy, and developments.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
• Maintain compliance with court deadlines, client reporting requirements, and internal case management procedures.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and other resolution efforts as appropriate.
