Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• Experience in foreclosure or related civil litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle foreclosure, creditor’s rights, and related litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft and review complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery, and other documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Attend hearings, case management conferences, and mediations.
• Manage discovery and respond to requests.
• Develop case strategies and provide status updates to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal procedures.
• Assist with settlement negotiations as appropriate.
