Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a remote-first Food Content Writer/Editor to join Allrecipes' content team.

You will develop article ideas, write and edit content, and collaborate in content meetings with occasional in-office attendance once or twice a year. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in food and beverage writing/editing, deep knowledge of cooking/recipes, strong SEO, and CMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years in food and beverage writing/editing.
• Strong knowledge of cooking, recipes, and cuisines; SEO best practices.
• Detail-oriented, able to adapt to brand voice and CMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Pitch, brainstorm, and write new article ideas.
• Edit, produce, and publish articles for the new content team.
• Attend content meetings and occasionally assign articles to writers.
