Job summary

Integrated Data Services Inc. seeks an experienced DoD/DoW Financial Analyst to support the AFSA/C program through FMS reconciliation and case closure. The role requires deep knowledge of government financing, acquisition processes, and data-driven decision support.

The candidate will train and guide governmental customers on financial workflows, ensuring compliance and timely closures. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in FMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) within a DoD/DoW context.
• Experience with FMS reconciliation and case closure processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication with clients and government personnel.
• Proficiency with government financial and accounting systems; relational databases.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS, math, economics or related field; experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Act as financial and technical consultant for a DoD/DoW program management and financial management system.
• Leverage FMS expertise to reconcile and close cases per regs and requirements.
• Analyze, structure, and review financial data for accuracy and compliance with government standards.
• Perform data reconciliation between financial systems to resolve discrepancies for case closure.
• Monitor financial forecasts, accounting data, and case progression daily.
• Provide SME guidance to support and improve government operations.
