Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a seasoned FMEA Moderator to lead risk identification and mitigation across product and process development from a remote position in Germany. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams to plan, document, and drive FMEA workshops and reporting.

Requirements include a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, 3+ years in automotive FMEA, strong English skills (German a plus), and experience with APIS IQRM Pro FMEA. Travel within EMIA may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years in automotive with focus on Design and Process FMEA.
Knowledge of AIAG-VDA, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, moderate, and document design and process FMEA workshops to identify and mitigate risk.
Create FMEA reports that meet automotive standards and customer requirements.
Monitor effectiveness of FMEA actions and ensure timely implementation; escalate as needed.
Develop company-specific FMEA modules to improve standardization and risk analysis processes.
Review and update FMEAs regularly and feed lessons learned into product design and production.
