Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or biological science, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology.
• 1+ years of clinical laboratory testing experience.
• MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MLS(AMT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine high complexity analyses and interpretations of flow cytometry dot plots.
• Analyzes data from the lab and maintains QA/QC documentation.
• Prioritizes cases according to policy and adheres to safety and documentation policies.
• Trains personnel and provides guidance to other testing laboratory staff.
• Willing to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
