Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, is seeking a US Remote-based Flow Cytometry Analyst to join our team in Research Triangle Park, NC. You will perform high‑complexity flow cytometry analyses and support data interpretation for leukemia and lymphoma testing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science and ASCP certification, with 1+ year of experience. Some on-site training and occasional travel may be required. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
• 1+ year of clinical laboratory testing experience.
• MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MLS(AMT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine high complexity analyses and interpretations of flow cytometry dot plots in the testing of leukemia and lymphoma specimens.
• Analyzes data that comes from the lab.
• Properly performs and documents quality assurance, quality control.
• Properly prioritizes cases according to policy.
• Adheres to all safety, quality control and documentation policies.
• Recognizes problems that may adversely affect patient care and takes appropriate action.
• Participates in required Continuing Education activities.
• Serves as an example and resource to other testing laboratory personnel.
• Assists in training of personnel.
• Shows willingness to perform duties until they are complete.
• Additional duties as assigned.
