IYKYK Beverages, LLC is seeking a State Manager to drive the company's presence across Florida by managing distributor relationships and accelerating product sales. You will work closely with distributor partners, perform market visits, and build strong connections with key accounts to expand market share.

The ideal candidate combines charisma with proven sales leadership, fosters team motivation, and proactively navigates market dynamics while traveling within the state as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales and/or management experience in related industries.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and building partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support distributor partners to ensure sales targets are met.
• Foster relationships with distributors and key accounts in the state.
• Conduct market visits and ride-alongs with distributor reps.
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations in key accounts to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Identify top accounts and strengthen distributor partnerships.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Provide training and support to distributor partners as needed.
