Job summary

Qualifications

Active Florida Plans Examiner (PX) license.
Minimum 3 years of experience performing plan reviews, code compliance reviews, permitting, or related inspections.
Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code (FBC) and NEC.
Experience reviewing construction plans and permit applications.
Familiarity with Florida AHJ permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Review residential solar permit packages to ensure compliance with building, structural, and electrical codes.
Examine plans for code compliance and permit readiness.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve plan review comments.
Stay current with Florida Building Code updates and industry best practices.
