Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 5+ years of probate and litigation experience.
• Probate litigation experience strongly preferred; general litigation with probate exposure also considered.
• Experience with estate planning and/or guardianship matters is a plus, but not required.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle probate litigation and estate-related disputes.
• Assist with probate administration matters and related proceedings.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Review case files and assist with litigation strategy.
• Support active matters from inception through resolution.
• Attend hearings and court appearances as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
