Job summary

Harbour Dental Care is seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead patient acquisition, appointment conversion, retention, and overall practice growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling marketing operations in dental or healthcare settings.

The role is remote with Florida residency or relocation required. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $350,000+ DOE, plus benefits and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have senior marketing leadership experience, preferably as CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Marketing.
• Track record of driving patient growth in dental or healthcare organizations.
• Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, patient acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
• Excellent analytical, performance-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and develop strategic marketing plans.
• Must reside in Florida or be willing to relocate to Florida.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase new-patient acquisition and revenue.
• Lead digital marketing, local outreach, referrals, and other patient channels.
• Improve conversion from inquiries to booked appointments.
• Partner with practice teams to reduce no-shows and boost retention.
• Develop patient reactivation campaigns to re-engage inactive patients.
• Own marketing budgets, KPIs, ROI, and performance reporting.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and manage external agencies, vendors, and internal resources.
• Establish scalable marketing processes across the organization.
