Job summary

Eagleview is seeking a Flight Operations Manager to coordinate fixed-wing imagery projects, manage flight assignments with internal and external suppliers, and ensure safety and efficiency. This role blends desk work, phone coordination, and in-person collaboration across the field, with a weather-dependent image capture business spanning the continental United States, Canada, and Hawaii.

This is a full-time remote position, based in the United States with a preference for Rochester, NY area.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Imaging Science, Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or related.
• 2+ years related work experience in scheduling, logistics, or GIS.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly and under constraint.
• Well-organized, dependable, self-sufficient.
• Flexible schedule to support the fleet management across multiple time zones, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable on the phone for quick decisions and rapidly changing priority direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the strategy and execution of imagery capture projects.
• Communicate with Flight Supplier personnel to ensure safe, efficient assignments.
• Support workload tracking and rebalance fleet for best capture outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders on pre/post-capture activities.
• Support the fleet deployment and decommissioning of assets via supplier communication.
• Assist with performance metric evaluation for Flight Suppliers.
• Maintain daily production reporting.
• Coordinate access to controlled/prohibited/restricted airspace via ATC or military personnel.
• Facilitate flight logistics for test, validation, and R&D programs.
• Support Disaster Response Program for timely capture post-event.
• Other duties as assigned.
