Job summary

Eagleview Technologies is seeking a Flight Operations Manager to coordinate fixed-wing imagery capture projects across the US, Canada, and Hawaii. The role combines desktop coordination, phone discussions, and in-person collaboration with flight suppliers to ensure safe, timely, and quality data collection.

This full-time remote position offers a base salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 with a 10% bonus potential and a preference for candidates based in the Rochester, NY area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, logistics, or GIS experience.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt under constraint.
• Comfort using technology to solve real-time problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignment and distribution of imagery capture projects.
• Communicate with Flight Suppliers to ensure safe, efficient flights.
• Track workload progress and rebalance fleet as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pre- and post-capture tasks.
• Support fleet deployment and decommissioning via supplier communication.
• Maintain daily production reporting.
