Boatman Agency is growing and offering a remote insurance sales role focused on helping families protect what matters most. You will speak with interested individuals, conduct virtual appointments by phone and Zoom, and clearly explain insurance options.

You will also follow up, manage client activity in our CRM, and participate in ongoing training while maintaining licensing requirements. This position provides flexible work environment and incentives based on performance, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working virtually and using CRM systems.
• Organized, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Active Life and Health license or willingness to obtain one.
