Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients by phone and Zoom
• Evaluate client needs and discuss coverage options
• Maintain professional and timely communication
• Track appointments and follow-up through our CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Follow all licensing and compliance requirements
