Jiga is building a remote-first network to connect machine shops with high-priority opportunities across the U.S. The role focuses on supplier development and business development, aligning shop capabilities with customer needs and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

You will own how the network grows, working with leadership to shape supplier inclusion and determine which shops receive optimal opportunities, all while maintaining strong relationships and trust with partners.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience working with machine shops.
• Strong track record in dealmaking and revenue growth.
• Ability to map opportunities to network suppliers.
• US citizen or green card holder for ITAR compliance.

• Know each key shop in the network and match work accordingly.
• Build strategic deals with supplier partners and guide wins.
• Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to orchestrate opportunities.
• Forecast demand gaps and onboard shops ahead of needs.
• Develop power partners through visits and joint planning.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier capabilities and relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to win more business.
