Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Web to join the Front-End Engineering team. You will write clean, performant code and provide technical leadership while partnering with backend, design, and product teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.

You will drive code reviews, identify refactoring opportunities, and help scale our front-end architecture using Angular/TypeScript in a remote-first, international environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building web apps with frontend tech (Angular/TypeScript/HTML/CSS).
• Strong TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with coding workflows and tooling (Claude Code/Codex/Cursor).
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Professional English in both speaking and writing.

Responsibilities
