Job summary

3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a remote-first, globally distributed team. You will build scalable frontend/backend systems and help deliver industry-defining digital products for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers, own technical design decisions, and contribute to architecture while maintaining high quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in the listed technologies.
• Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Craft client code that is efficient, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements, validate understanding, and create/maintain documentation.
• Execute activities within the current methodology and uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to address user pain points and drive client success.
• Take ownership of projects from technical design to launch.
