Job summary
Pulumi is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers in adopting its infrastructure-as-code platform. In this remote-first role based in the Bay Area, you'll partner with Sales to articulate Pulumi’s value to customers and own technical pre-sales engagements.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, C#, or Java.
- Understanding of core cloud-based infrastructure and Open Source technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
- Demonstrated experience in software development best practices.
- Ability to manage technical customer engagements hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to articulate Pulumi's value to customers.
- Own technical pre-sales engagement including demos and proofs-of-concept.
- Serve as a technical partner to cloud and platform engineering teams.
- Deliver product/technical presentations at customer meetings.
- Be a customer advocate among product and engineering teams.
