Job summary

Clearlink is seeking a Product Manager to own our site experience as a product: the systems, components, and surfaces shaping how visitors move through our sites and the lead capture experiences converting them into qualified customers. You’ll define KPIs and drive value from ideation to delivery.

You’ll collaborate with editorial, design, and engineering across discovery, roadmapping, design, implementation, and measurement, balancing data with cross-functional communication to ship impactful

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with web products.
• Strong organizational skills across many sites and evolving priorities.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, design systems, and lead capture integrations.
• Ability to translate research and data into actionable requirements.
• Experience running user acceptance testing and delivering quality.
• Excellent communication and ability to turn complexity into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the site experience product and its KPIs across sites.
• Own the lead capture experience from structure to performance.
• Lead systematic experiments to find scalable winners.
• Collaborate with editorial, design, and engineering across lifecycle stages.
• Describe benefits and functionality to drive adoption and engagement.
• Coordinate delivery across shared engineering resources and timelines.
