Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree or above in CS or related field.
- Distributed systems experience in cloud environments.
- Analytical mindset with data/experiment-driven decisions.
- Full-stack proficiency in at least one modern backend language and frontend frameworks.
- Experience with AI coding tools and navigating ambiguity.
- Collaborative leadership and cross-team communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design end-to-end for highly visible features.
- Translate strategy to actionable technical specs with product/data partners.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and set code quality standards.
- Leverage AI tools to plan approaches and establish new standards.
- Architect resilient, scalable systems with fault tolerance and monitoring.
- Simplify and modernize legacy code to increase velocity.
