Job summary

STACK is seeking a Digital Customer Success Program Manager to design and run scalable digital CS motions across onboarding through renewal. You will own in-app experiences, training paths, and lifecycle emails, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product to drive adoption and expansion.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or similar program role, ideally SaaS.
• Experience delivering digital Customer Success programs or tech-touch programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run digital Customer Success programs across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Own in-app engagement, guides, sequences, and product nudges.
• Scale training with role-based paths and track consumption and outcomes.
• Lead email and lifecycle campaigns triggered by product signals and customer health.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product to align the customer journey.
