Job summary

Smartling is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who loves storytelling to shape narratives for product launches and go-to-market campaigns. You will translate features into customer value, craft content for demos, case studies, webinars, and campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

You will partner with product, sales, and customer success, talk to customers and prospects, and mine insights from conversations to drive compelling stories.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Marketing experience or equivalent marketing role
• Impeccable communication skills (oral, written, listening)
• Experience at a fast-paced B2B enterprise software/tech company
• Interest in data analysis and global content

Responsibilities

• Craft the story behind every product launch and feature
• Create content for demos, case studies, webinars and campaigns
• Shape messaging across campaigns, web content, and customer stories
• Partner with product, sales and customer success to land the story
• Talk to customers and prospects to mine insights
