Smartling is seeking a Product Marketing Manager on our marketing team. As a storyteller, you’ll shape the narrative for product launches, translate features into customer value, and own campaigns, customer stories, and content that moves buyers.

You’ll collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to ensure messaging lands consistently across channels. You will talk to customers and prospects, mine insights, and turn research into compelling assets like demos, case studies, and

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• 3–5 years of Product Marketing or equivalent marketing role(s).
• Impeccable communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
• Past experience at a fast-paced, growing B2B enterprise software/technology company.
• A passion and aptitude for data analysis and critical thinking.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig deep to get things done.
• Interest in language, culture, and global content.

• Craft the story behind every product launch, turning new features into a narrative that customers and prospects genuinely connect with
• Shape how we talk about ourselves across campaigns, web content, and customer stories, keeping our voice sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up
