Qualifications

Active California bar in good standing.

Proven ability to independently manage matters end-to-end.
Experience originating work and expanding client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex civil litigation and/or transactional matters.
Advise clients on legal, business, and risk-related issues.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Contribute to practice development and firm growth initiatives.
